Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution.

Limited Release & Preorder Policy

At Lōʻihi, our pieces are produced in small, intentional batches.

Because of the limited nature of our releases, we are unable to guarantee size exchanges once an item sells out. Preorder pieces are produced specifically for the orders placed and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

If an exchange is possible once production is complete and inventory allows, we will always do our best to accommodate.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

  • Size selection

  • Shipping address

  • Product details

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we may not be able to make adjustments once an order has been placed.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Lōʻihi is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you need assistance locating your tracking information or submitting a claim, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to guide you through the process.

Lōʻihi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

 

Important:

  • Please do not send your exchange back before contacting us. Packages sent without prior communication or identifying details will be returned to sender.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • We cannot accept items with makeup, perfume, sunscreen, or visible signs of wear.

Please handle garments with care when trying them on — each piece is crafted in small batches and made to last.

STEPS FOR EXCHANGE

Step 1:

Email alohaloihi@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line.

Include what you’d like to exchange for (style, color, and size) and why.

Please check that your desired size or color is available on our website before submitting your request.

Step 2:

Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and a $6 return shipping invoice.

To reduce waste, please reuse your original Lōʻihi packaging whenever possible.

Include your original order number inside the package.

Step 3:

After we receive and inspect your item, and your return shipping invoice has been paid, we’ll send your exchange or issue store credit.

If the returned item is not in brand-new condition, the exchange will be refused and returned to you.

Exchange items are held for up to 10 days after approval. Please send your return within that window to ensure your requested item remains reserved.

BROKEN OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at alohaloihi@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund after inspection.

We must receive the faulty item before processing a replacement or refund. If the item is not returned, only a partial refund may be issued.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Lōʻihi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Once a tracking number has been issued and marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is considered fulfilled.


    If your parcel goes missing, please contact USPS or your mail carrier directly.
  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. We recommend placing orders at least 10 days before your desired delivery date.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
  • Orders refused upon delivery are not eligible for refund.
