Last Light

This image was taken after a beautiful afternoon dive, a time of day that always feels special to me. The calmness of the afternoon, as the world begins to slow down, feels like a natural reflection of the ocean’s own rhythm. Everyone’s finished with their day, reconnecting with friends and loved ones, and as the sun begins to set, it’s as if the world takes a collective breath—settling into peace.

On my way to the car, I looked up to see the most beautiful moment of sunlight casting its last warm rays over the trees in front of me. Kona sunsets are like no other—each one its own fire and color, perfectly woven with the horizon line.

There’s nothing that connects me to my heart and sense of place more than these moments. I feel so much gratitude for growing up in a place that has taught me so much and inspired a deep connection to the world around me.
